Guiding the Path Forward.
Through one-on-one guidance, students uncover their strengths, clarify their goals, and learn how to express their authentic selves throughout the admissions process. We’re not here to fix teens, we’re here to help them rise.
What We Do

Direction
Before students can choose the right college, they need to understand who they are. We guide teens through self-discovery experiences that reveal their strengths, passions, and goals.

Confidence
Everything begins with self-belief. Teens learn to manage stress, stay focused, and approach challenges with confidence and calm. You’ll be surprised how fast your teen grows in courage and strength.

College Ready
We help teens navigate essays, resumés, portfolios, and interviews with confidence and clarity, turning the application process into a meaningful opportunity to share their authentic story with pride.
Mrs. Martin made high school one of the best experiences of my life by teaching lessons that go far beyond the classroom. One of the most valuable things I learned from her was how to prioritize and manage my time, balancing high school, college classes, a part-time job, and still making space for my social life.
But the most important lesson she taught me was to prioritize myself. Before Mrs. Martin, my life revolved around helping others and making sure everyone else stayed on track. She helped me realize that I need to pause and check in with myself to make sure I’m okay. Honestly, that’s the reason I made it through high school and thrived in college.

What is teen coaching?
Teen coaching is guided support that helps young people build confidence, develop direction, and learn skills that support academic and personal success. It’s future-focused, encouraging teens to discover who they are, set meaningful goals, and take empowered action toward college and life readiness.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing, mental health, and processing past experiences. Coaching is forward-focused, centered on growth, confidence, self-awareness, and future goals. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, they provide guidance, structure, mindset tools, and accountability to help teens thrive in school, college preparation, and daily life.
How do I know if my teen is ready for coaching?
Your teen is likely ready for coaching if they are curious about their future, open to self-reflection, and motivated to grow (even if they are unsure where to start). Teens don’t need to be confident; coaching helps build confidence. They simply need to be willing to participate, try new tools, and engage in supportive conversations about their goals.
What age group do you serve?
I work with teens and young adults, typically ages 13–19. Most students join during high school, but motivated middle schoolers and college freshmen can benefit as well.
What qualifications do you have?
I am a former high school College Prep teacher and college professor with extensive experience helping families navigate academic planning, college admissions, confidence-building, and self-development. I bring over 20 years of real-world education experience, leadership development, and personal growth training to empower teens holistically — academically and emotionally. I am also a prior-service Air Force officer with insights into military options.
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing is affordable, with packages starting at $299 per month and varying depending on the level of support, whether you choose private coaching or group cohort experiences, and the length of the program. Please visit the coaching interest form and schedule a consultation to explore options that best fit your teen’s needs.
When can I enroll?
Enrollment is open year-round, and new coaching sessions are available on a rolling basis. Spots are limited to maintain personalized attention and support, so families are encouraged to inquire early to reserve a space.
What results can my teen expect?
Teens typically experience increased confidence, motivation, self-awareness, improved organization and communication skills, and clarity about their college and career direction. They also develop stronger resilience and personal leadership skills that carry into college.
How involved are parents in the process?
Parents are valued partners in this journey. While coaching focuses on empowering teens to take ownership, families are included through check-ins, progress updates, and shared tools that support a connected, encouraging home environment.
